When I think of the people of Medical Lake, I think of resiliency; maybe it is the water and mud - believed by the Spokane people, a local Indian Tribe, to possess curative powers. Or maybe it is just the internal fortitude of the great people who chose to live and work in Medical Lake.

This family town supports one another; they are here for each other. They keep going. Just like the deer who stroll through town, not much rattles them or makes them run. But Medical Lake struggles with internet.
