Voice over Internet
Protocol/Phone - VOIP
VoIP ( Voice Over Internet Protocol) = calls transformed into digital data over the Internet - allowing you to use your Internet connection to make phone calls.
VoIP comes with more optional features and costs much less than a landline: video conferencing, virtual phone numbers, Call waiting, call-forwarding, Call Blocking (telemarketers and other unwanted callers), 911 service, and more.
VoIP systems do not require the physical installation of new lines.
