This is an FCC (Federal Communications Commision) benefit program that assists households meeting limited income criteria to obtain the broadband needed for work, school, healthcare and to stay connected. The $14.2 billion Affordable Connectivity Program has now served more than 11.5 million households.

The ACP program provides a discount up to $30 per month towards internet service or mobile service and up to $75 per month for households on qualifying Tribal lands. If a household qualifies, there can also be provided a one-time discount of up to $100 to purchase a laptop, desktop computer or tablet from providers that participate.
